After some years we've changed the concept and now on the website you can search properties all over Bulgaria, posted by different Estate agents or private sellers. That way you can find your property and get in touch with the sellers without need to search properties through different web sites.
Also you can subscribe to our advanced RSS feed which will deliver all new properties from choosen regions of Bulgaria.
The service is totaly free of charge. The only requirement is that the users of the website should register and that takes only a minute.

How to register
Please do find the login form in the left menu. Click on “Create an account” and fill in the information. Push the REGISTER button. Latest an hour after the registration you should receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account. Please do check also your spam folder if no mail have been received. After the activation you can log into your account and start listing your properties and/or company in the Catalog section. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have problem to register or log in into the site.
Property Ads
To list your property ads, please do log in to your account. On the right “Property menu” choose “New Ad”. From the drop down menu select the Region your property is located in. Fill in the rest fields with the property data. You can upload up to 5 images or pictures in JPEG/PNG/GIf format with a maximum of 200 Kilobytes. Save the property. The property can always be deleted (when sold) or updated. The property ad will be listed for 90 days in the property directory. 7 days before expiration of your property ad you will receive an email to update it and continue your listing.
Catalog
To add your company in the Catalog please do log in to your account. Select “Catalog” and choose “Add Entry”. Do fill the required information and one or more of the correct categories – Real estate, Property management, Building companies, Insurance etc . Some of the fields are paid, but free if you have advert on our site. After review from our editor your company data will be published.
How to search
To search properties on the site you have to choose "Property search" on the left menu. The default setting is "All ads". Please do choose the region in Bulgaria and the data you like the search to be done with. The other way to search properties is to choose the region from the property menu on the right. To view contact details of the seller you need to be registered user of the site. Good hunting !
