- Searching for a property on client's request, location within 20 km of Veliko Tarnovo - BGN 300 /includes finding 3 properties that suit the client`s description, sending photographs of the properties, condition/

- Searching for a property on client's request, location within 40 km of Veliko Tarnovo - BGN 500 /includes finding 3 properties that suit the client`s description, sending photographs of the properties, condition/

- Monthly subscription for servicing a property within 20 km of Veliko Tarnovo - BGN 60 /regular visits and looking after the property, paying bills, taxes, etc./

- Monthly subscription for servicing a property within 40 km of Veliko Tarnovo - BGN 80 You can instantly take advantage of our 10 % discount, provided we already have another subscription contract in the same settlement or in a neighbouring one.

- Assistance in buying electric appliances, furniture, kitchen equipment, other personal assistant-related activities - BGN 50 per day or BGN 10 per hour /minimum fee: BGN 30/ +0.25 BGN pr/km driving with our cars.

- Arranging an appointment with a building company and getting a quote for possible improvements of a purchased property - BGN 50

- 3% of the purchase price, which should be paid upon signing the pre-contract.

- Airport pick up and transportation to Veliko Tarnovo /1-3 persons/ - BGN 150

- Airport pick up and transportation to Veliko Tarnovo /4-5 persons/ - BGN 180

- Hotel reservation - BGN 10

- Accommodation in one of our apartments - from BGN 35 per day

In addition to the above-mentioned services, we can also offer:
1) Appointment with a lawyer to register a company
a) Fees vary usually, but we recommend you to consult a good lawyer and we work with such. The registration charge for a Sole Proprietor Ltd is BGN 1200, which includes: - Registration of the company in court, tax office, statistics office - Tax card, Bulstat card, company stamp - All lawyer`s fees - All notary fees - All court taxes - Translation of documents - A power of attorney, in the event that you can not stay until the completion of the transaction
2) Property insurance - the cost varies depending on the insurance amount
3) Accounting of the company - usually, for a dormant company - BGN 250 per year
4) Contract with a building company for carrying out repairs on your property The fees for these services shall be agreed between you and the companies that offer them. Upon an eventual agreement, our commission is 5% of the amount agreed. After you have signed a contract with the building company, and provided you have a monthly subscription with us, we will inform you about the stages of repairs and will send you photographs.

Viewing a property we have found on your request is free of charge. The final price of the property depends on the local taxes and charges, which have to be paid at purchasing.
